Wine process: | Grapes are pressed, yeast is added and then there is the alcoholic fermentation at balanced temperature. After producing the wine, it is separated from the waste of fermentation and kept into boxes. Then it is put in airtight tanks where yeasts are addes. With the right sugar degree and desired pression, fermentation is stoped, filtered and temperature is reduced -4° C; it keeps this temperature for one month in order to obtain a better secondary fermentation and finally it is cold bottled. |
